Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. fieldsolutions is made in small batches, and every order is packed by hand.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.

Carriers
We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the size of your package and where it is going.

Rates
Shipping is a flat rate of $8. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we cannot control carrier delays.

Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us with your order number and we will work with you to make it right.
