Refund Policy

Because our products are made in small batches and are not able to be resold once they leave us, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something is not right with your order, please contact us. This includes a damaged or leaking item, a wrong item, or any other problem. Email hello@fieldsolutionsco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and a photo if the issue is damage. We will review it and make it right.
